CycleBar gives you a new way for you to get a high intensity, low impact workout on a bike in a positive and welcoming environment. The workouts are 45 minutes of rhythm-based riding and are led by experienced instructors who guide and motivate you through your session. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, and they provide shoes, towels, and water so all you have to do is show up! Your first ride is always free, too! They have a variety of sessions throughout the day; as early as 5:30am and as late as 7pm, so you're sure to find a time that will work with your schedule.

This goes hand-in-hand with their belief - that health and wellness should be accessible to everyone. With plenty of classes to choose from like "Inferno Pilates" which is a challenging full-body workout, or "Yin" that's a slower paced class that targets the connective tissues, you'll find an option that will suit your needs. The John B. Norris Fitness Center is a St. Charles Park District facility and is a great place to go to to break a sweat. They have plenty of equipment including treadmills, free weights, rowers, and more. Enjoy working out with other people? They offer group workout sessions and one-on-one sessions so that you'll have other individuals there to motivate you. You can purchase a single day pass if you just need to get a quick workout in, or you can get a good deal by purchasing a membership. If you're a resident of St. Charles, you're in luck! They have special discounts for residents of the city, even though everyone is welcome.

Fitness on the Fox is opening up at a 303 N. 4th St. on October 1st! This is a women's fitness group, with the goal to make women feel strong, beautiful and empowered. Their belief is that exercise is the most effective when you constantly change up your routine, so they offer a wide range of different classes so you can do just that. You can view the complete current class schedule, pricing, programs and events on their website. For all of their 9:30am classes, they offer "Little Foxes Camp" so that your kids can come along too! Whether you're an athlete, or just someone that is looking for a good workout that offers some coaching, head over to Core FSN. FSN stands for Fit, Speed, and Nutrition, and this gym hits all three of these areas. Adults can take part in one-on-one or group sessions with a trainer.
