Yes, they are offering the Classic Fish Fry made with Cod and comes with fries, coleslaw, and dill tarter sauce, but they also have other exciting dishes that will add some flare to your typical fish offerings. Try their Ceviche, made with White Fish, Shrimp, and a blend of fresh vegetables acidulated in citrus, or their Shrimp Tacos topped with pineapple, peppers, teriyaki chili glaze, and a cumin lime crema.

Who wants to wait all the way to Friday for their fried fish? At Chum's Shrimp Shack, you don't have to, as you can enjoy a variety of fried seafood any day of the week. From Fried Icelandic Cod to a Fried Walley Sandwich, and of course, Fried Shrimp, you won't be short on dishes to choose from. Looking to grab a meal for a large group of people? They have an extensive catering menu that you can view here, so that everyone can dig into all the tasty seafood goodness.

A community staple since 1901, Colonial Cafe has solidified itself as a fantastic spot to alleviate your fried fish cravings. On Fridays starting at 11am, you can savor their crispy Icelandic Cod, served with French fries, apple coleslaw, and tartar sauce (and you can add their cafe-made corn bread for just $2.29 more). Can't wait until the end of the week? You can swing by any time to get their golden fried Traditional Fish & Chips, or their Golden Butterfly Shrimp!

There aren't many places that have better fish than the Northern woods, and at Dukes Northwoods, it's no different. Dukes Northwoods brings a woodsy-Wisconsin themed vibe to downtown St. Charles. Of course, they offer their spectacular Fish n Chips made with beer battered Walleye, but they also have some other fresh fish offerings that you don't want to miss out on. If you need a break from the fried food, try their Salmon Salad, or their Lake Superior Whitefish - both made with white wine lemon butter sauce.

It's no secret that The Evergreen Pub & Grill has an absolutely delicious fish fry, but did you know that it just got even better? They rolled out a new Friday Fish Fry menu with new additions like crab cakes with a remoulade, hush puppies, and fresh mahi mahi with a chimichurri sauce. For their traditional fish fry, you can choose between Cod, Perch, Walleye, and Jumbo Shrimp, and it comes with their homemade coleslaw, and a choice of one of their many sides.


Every Friday starting on February 16th through March 29th, The Filling Station Pub & Grill will be serving up food from a terrific "Lent Friendly" menu. They have a brand-new recipe for their hand breaded Icelandic Cod, but that's just the beginning of their specials! They also will be serving additional seafood offerings, such as their Blackened Grouper Sandwich, Shrimp Tacos, and much more.
