St. Charles Personas

Businesses may be wondering: what kind of shoppers are coming into my store, or who should I be marketing to in the community? The St. Charles Business Alliance has done their research and created personas of the demographics that are the most prevalent in downtown St. Charles. Businesses are welcome to use these personas to identify who they are marketing to and recognize some of those persona’s shopping tendencies, places this visit and identifying information to use for their business and marketing purposes.

Downtown Storefront Improvement Grant

The St. Charles Business Alliance will reimburse up to 50% of the cost for storefront improvements, such as a sign, awning or lighting, for properties located within the Downtown St. Charles SSA-1B Boundary. The maximum reimbursement grant is not to exceed 50% of the cost up to a maximum of $1,000.
